OZZY SAMAD, President and Chief Investment Officer
Mr. Samad has over 18 years of investment experience and is the founder of AZROC Securities, Inc. Ozzy began his career with Merrill Lynch in the Consumer Markets Group. He subsequently joined PNC Securities Corporation as a retail broker, became an Institutional Fixed Income Salesman and subsequently moved to the Asset Management Group, as a Portfolio Manager and Trader for the Corporation's own portfolio. Ozzy then became the Chief Operating Officer of Atlas Online, an Internet financial software start-up company prior to establishing AZROC Securities, Inc. in 1997. He oversees investment policy and serves as the firm's General, Options, Financial and Operations Principal. Ozzy earned BSBA and MBA degrees from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and holds FINRA Series 24, 4, 7, 63, 28 and 66 licenses.
RAMONA KERNAN, Vice President, Corporate Secretary
Ms. Kernan has over 25 years of experience in the investment industry. She manages all daily operational aspects of AZROC Securities, oversees compliance and regulatory functions, and supervises in-house accounting and filing of all appropriate regulatory reports. Prior to her tenure at AZROC Securities, she was an Investment Officer and Fixed Income Trader for the Capital Markets division of PNC Financial Corporation. Ramona serves as the firm's Municipal Securities Principal. She attended Robert Morris University and holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 53 and 63 licenses.
MARY BETH FEDUSKA, Vice President of Institutional Sales and Trading
Ms. Feduska has over 20 years of experience in the investment industry, encompassing equity and fixed income sales, trading, analysis and compliance. Prior to joining AZROC, she was an equity trader at Merrill Lynch Capital Markets and Parker/Hunter, Inc. and was a trader and analyst at PNC Bank. Mary Beth is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and received her MBA from Northeastern University. She holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 63 and 55 licenses and has served as President of the Pittsburgh Stock and Bond Association, the local affiliate of the Security Traders Association.
SUE QUINN, Vice President of Institutional Sales and Trading
Ms. Quinn has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to her current position with AZROC, she was a Vice President and municipal bond trader at PNC Capital Markets. She also conducted educational training sessions regarding the fixed income markets and products for financial consultants of PNC Financial Services. Sue attended Robert Morris University and holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses. She has served on the Board of Directors of the Pittsburgh Stock & Bond Association.
